Alumni Speaks

I am  Akho Phira, I was a student of M.A (Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship) batch 2017-19. RGNIYD is an institute of excellence offering multiple fields of discipline with experienced and qualified faculty. The institute also envisages other opportunities for the students through the diverse mix of pupils across India aided by its affordable fees and residential facilities. I got an opportunity to start a Community Library, Kigwema with the objective of reviving the dying art of reading by making books easily accessible with special focus for marginalized children. The project further aims to promote community development through youth engagement by awareness and activities. The library is a unique initiative nurturing principles of honesty, accountability and integrity as users self-register their details and maintain the library.

I am Ashish Jha, I was a student of M.A (Local Governance and Development) batch 2017-19. RGNIYD really helped me to develop academically and provided a wonderful platform for the transition to the professional world as a young adult. Innovative teaching-learning process and enabling environment in the campus has contributed immensely. Now I am working as Assistant Manager, Coal India Limited, A Government of India Undertaking. I wish this institution goes on contributing in the area of youth development to greater heights.

I am Sobiya M Venkat, I was a student of MA Career Counselling batch (2014-16 ). I stepped into this campus with curiosity and insecurities but RGNIYD turned everything into courage and consistency. Lessons and Practical experience I learnt from RGNIYD guided me throughout my career journey. RGNIYD helped me to be an expert in what I learnt because the lessons framed by our institute are highly elaborative. During all me working phase I was given a special place as I am a student of a Central government national importance institute. I started my career as a Career coach and trainer, followed by an academic coordinator and now as a Career Counsellor in New Indian Model School Dubai. I am forever grateful to RGNIYD for educating me life and confidence. Being an alumni of our  institute always make me feel proud and I owe all my success throughout my life  to our Institution, best is reserved for the last I sincerely thank the faculty team my beloved professors who motivated  and guided me to achieve.

I am Tharanya Sethupathy, I was a student of M.Sc (Counselling Psychology) batch 2016-18. I have really enjoyed my time in RGNIYD. The campus is absolutely beautiful. Student life in RGNIYD has autonomy, and has a huge opportunity to study along with students from various parts of India. Professors and staff here are easy to talk to and they focus on giving hands on experience. RGNIYD provides us with lots of opportunities through various clubs, field works, and the highlighting opportunity is youth delegation to various countries, in my time in RGNIYD I was a youth delegate to Sri Lanka which is one of the most memorable experiences. I glad to state that RGNIYD RGNIYD played pivotal role in transforming me as a productive youth for the society’s development.
