The programme in Gauhati Commerce College, Guwahati started at 10 am on 7 January, 2018. The programme was graced by Dr Madan Mohan Goel, Director, RGNIYD, Dr Arupjyoti Choudhury, Dean & Registrar, Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University, Prof Abu Naser Sayed Ahmed, Director, Banikanta Kakati Research Institute, KKHSOU and Dr Homeswar Kalita, Principal, Gauhati Commerce College. The first day had three technical sessions in addition to the inaugural session, the second day had four technical sessions and the third day had three technical sessions and the velidictory session. The programme covered issues like Gender Equity in Literature, Gender Equity from a Historical Perspective, Gender Equity in Media, Gender Equity in Planning, Gender Equity in Work, Gender Equity in Political Participation, Gender Equity in Workplace etc. In addition to presentations by resource persons, the programme included group activities and presentation by participants. The Velidictory session had Dr Sangeeta Kakati, Deputy Director, Multi Media, KKHSOU to distribute the certificates. The participants shared their views in their presentations and took up the responsibility of spreading the concept of gender equity in their respective workplaces.

Title of programme: Training of Trainers on Gender Equity Date: 08/01/18To10/01/18 Venue: GUWAHATI COLLGE A Brief write up (a short para) The 3day Workshop on Training of the Trainers on Gender Equity was organized in Guwahati College, one of the premier educational institutes of the State of Assam from 08/01/2018 to 10/01/2018. People from different colleges and universities enthusiastically participated in the Workshop. The inaugural Session held on the first day of the workshop was graced by Veronica Avinu Richa, Assistant professor, Centre for Gender Studies, RGINYD and the Principal of Guwahati College Dr Pranab Sandilya. Dr. Pranab Sandilya delivered the welcome address and Veronica Avinu Richa spoke about the objective and motto of the workshop in the inaugural session. Three technical sessions followed the inaugural programme of the first day. On the second day of the workshop there were four technical sessions where three were lecture sessions and one group activity. The last day had three technical sessions followed by the Valedictory programme where Prof. N.N Sarma, Director CIQA, K.K.Handiqui State Open University delivered the Valedictory Address and also distributed the certificates. The Local Coordinator from the College, for this programme, also addressed the gathering in the valedictory programme. Reputed Resource persons having expertise in the domain of Gender Issues were invited for delivering lectures in the Technical Sessions. The Lectures of the Resource Persons covered a wide array of themes and issues relating to Gender Equity. The interactions, discussions and active participation of the participants during the technical sessions and group activity made the workshop meaningful. Positive and Encouraging responses from the participants fetched a feeling of fulfilment and satisfaction.

3 Training of Trainers on Gender Equity2018-01-07 to 2018-01-09Pub-Kamrup College

Title of programme: Training of Trainers on Gender Equity Date: 7th-9th January, 2018 Venue: Pub-Kamrup College A Brief write up (a short para) The workshop on “Training of Trainers on Gender Equity” at the venue, Pub-Kamrup College, was held from 7th to 9th January, 2018. The total number of participants including the Principal and coordinators was forty, out of which twenty-five were males and fifteen were females. There were many sessions on various aspects of gender equity including historical perspectives on the concept of gender equity, literature, education, politics peace and conflict, work and workplace, media, planning and policy as well as a session dedicated to ‘work activity’. The participants were divided into four groups during the activity and were asked to prepare action plan on various issues pertaining to gender equity in various sectors. Dr. Balendra Kumar Deb Choudhury, the Principal of the College was present at the inaugural function along with Professor Archana Sharma from the Department of Economics, Gauhati University. The participants mostly comprised college teachers, although a few of them were teachers at High and Higher Secondary schools. The sessions were quite interactive and sharing of experiences by the participants added to the success of the workshop. The various aspects that involve the understanding of gender equity and its significance in today’s context were touched upon through the various sessions. The resource persons belonged to reputed institutions and colleges and conducted the sessions in a very dialogic way. In the valedictory programme on 9th of January, the Principal of the College distributed the certificates and highlighted on the further measures that must be undertaken after the successful completion of the training on gender equity. The workshop concluded on a positive note as the participants were able to discuss, debate and develop a better understanding on one of the significant issues that involves ‘equality on the basis of justice’.

4 Training of Trainers on Gender Equity2018-01-08 to 2018-01-10Raha College, Raha

Title of programme: Workshop on Training of Trainers on Gender Equity Date: 8-10th January, 2018 Venue: Raha College, Raha A Brief write up (a short para) A three day long Workshop was organised at Raha College, Raha (Nagaon) Assam. The College is a premier institution of higher education and the only Degree College in the Raha Legislative Assembly Constituency. The Workshop began with an inaugural function, which was attended by the Principal of Raha College, Senior Faculty from KKHSOU, local coordinators and the participants. In their inaugural lectures, the speakers spoke at length on the problems and concerns related to the issue of “Gender Equity” and were hopeful that the Workshop would be a fruitful experience for all the participants. The three day workshop included technical sessions, group activity sessions, presentations by the resource persons as well as the participants. The Workshop covered multiple issues related to the theme of “Gender Equity”, which were primarily- Gender Equity in Education, political participation, work, workplace, media, literature, planning and policies etc. The resource persons invited for conducting the technical sessions were experts in their respective fields of study. The participants had interactive discussions with the resource persons as well as among themselves on each of the issues addressed. During the Workshop, the participants shared their experiences which made the technical sessions more meaningful and productive to the thought process of both the resource persons as well as the participants. The participants actively participated in the group task and came up with wonderful poster presentations. The valedictory session on the last day of the Workshop (10 January, 2018) was attended by the College Principal, Convenor of the Workshop, Guest Speaker from Morigaon College, the local Coordinators and the participants. The Principal in his speech thanked the organisers, RGNIYD and KKHSOU for selecting Raha College as the host institution for the Workshop. He encouraged the participants to carry forward the message learnt from the Workshop to their workplaces and society at large. He also expressed his interest in hosting more such Workshops in the College. Certificates were distributed to all the participants. The total number of participants during the workshop was 45, which included 23 female and 22 male participants.

5 Training of Trainers of Gender Equity 2018-01-11 to 2018-01-13Tripura university

Title of programme: Training of Trainers of Gender Equity Date: 11-13th January, 2018 Venue: Tripura University A Brief write up (a short para) A Three day TOT (Training of Trainers) on ‘Gender Equity’ has been organized by the Women’s Studies Centre, Tripura University in association with the Rajiv Gandhi national Institute of Youth Development, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India from 11th – 13th of January, 2018 at Tripura University. The objective of the program was to inculcate Gender Sensitivity among the youth through the Teachers, Educators and the Social Workers. In this regard, we have invited participants from Academic Institutions, NYKS and several Govt. and Non-Governmental Organizations working with Youth and Gender issues. In this three day TOT Program 11 sessions have been conducted by the experts on the scheduled area. The delegation was so vibrant and curious on the issues of gender inequality, gender performance, gender stereotyping and all. The participants from several govt. colleges of Tripura were mostly benefited to teach gender in their respective classes, the participants from Tripura Commission for Women and other NGOs learned how gender performed in our day to day life. Through this TOT an expectation developed among the participants to be a part of another Gender related program conducted by RGNIYD in future.

6 Training of Trainers (ToT) Program on ‘Rural Development and Youth’ 2018-01-04 to 2018-01-06Jawaharlal Nehru Rajkeeya Mahavidyalaya, Port Blair

Training of Trainers (ToT) Program on ‘Rural Development and Youth’ at Jawaharlal Nehru Rajkeeya Mahavidyalaya, Port Blair from 4-6 January, 2018 A three days Training of Trainers (ToT) Program on ‘Rural Development and Youth’ organized by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Sriperumbudur was conducted from 4-6 January, 2018 at Jawaharlal Nehru Rajkeeya Mahavidyalaya, Port Blair. To ensure placements, reduce poverty and pollution (3P), we need to promote proper, productive and practical (3P) use of hands, head and heart (3H) as real education in India including rural areas, said Prof. Madan Mohan Goel, Director, RGNIYD while delivering in the inaugural address on 4th January, 2018. The higher voting rate in rural areas with more per capita consumption and income than urban areas reveals strengthened democracy which is good indicator but deserve to be made better, believes the Director, RGNIYD. To eliminate (not alleviate only) rural poverty, we need to adopt concrete plan of action for the careless and useless manpower who are to be made careful and useful to the society, said Prof. Goel. Dr. N.Francis Xavier, Principal of JNRM, welcomed the guests present on the occasion. Prof. Inderjeet Singh Sodhi, Professor (Public Administration), RGNIYD, focused on various programmes and schemes of Rural Development as well as capacity building of Rural development and also about the three days ToT Programme in brief. At the last, Dr. Swapan Biswas, local coordinator of ToT, made vote of thanks to all the dignitaries, delegates and participants. On 6th January, 2018, a Field Visit to Wandoor Panchayat was conducted where interaction with Elected Representatives of Panchayat was conducted. The participants were quite happy with three days ToT program. The Valedictory program on 6th Janaury, 2018 was chaired by Director, Department of Rural Department, Andman & Nicobar Administration. The important sessions were: Rural Development; Rural Health; Rural Environment; Challenges to Panchayati Raj Institutions; etc. Main Resource Persons were: Dr. Santosh Kumar Jha, NSS Officer, JNRM; Dr. R.N.Rath, Principal (Retd.), MGGC, Port Blair; Dr. Vivek Kumar, NSS Officer, JNRM; etc. The main objectives were: 1. Training of Trainers (ToT) Program on ‘Capacity Building’ at Bangalore University, Bangalore from 10-12 January, 2018 A three days Training of Trainers (ToT) Program on ‘Capacity Building’ was organized by the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Sriperumbudur in collaboration with Department of Political Science, Bangalore University from 10-12 January, 2018 at Bangalore University. It was emphasised that capacity building should and does influence the officers (and vice versa), but the gulf between the two can at times seem large. A good officer today needs to streamline the process between learning, teaching and personality development. Though it takes sustained effort and creativity on the part of the officers to impact effective guidance to the Youth/Students, nevertheless, a good officers could add value to the class room teaching for NSS member/youth. Prof. Narsimhamurty, Head, Department of Political Science ,Bangalore University was of the view that the new generation of officers are eager to upgrade their skill level and involve extensively in outreached based activities that will enable them to discharge their duties as better officers, acquaint additional professional qualification and supplement their class room teaching for NSS members/Youth. It is therefore pertinent to equip the Officers with unique set of tools that helps then develop lifelong affinity towards NSS actives. Prof. Inderjeet Singh Sodhi, RGNIYD, believed that if education is not based upon research, evidence, and capacity building, then it runs the risk of being based upon dogma, prejudice and parochial views. In this direction the officer has to be an investigator. Dr. Surendra, Local Coordinator, said that officers must re-invent the wheel in a way that aims and objectives of capacity building need to be contemporary and offer fresh perspectives on the issues to be analysed. The main sessions were: Social Harmony, Career Guidance & Counselling, National Unity, Youth and Peace Building, Youth and Sustainable Development, Youth Leadership, etc. Main Resource Persons were: Prof. Hargopal, Visiting faculty, National Law School, Bangalore; Prof. D.Jeevan Kumar, Rural University, Gadag; Prof. Sandeep Shastri, Pro-Chancellor, Jain University, Bangalore; etc. The objectives of the ToT were: • To enable officers to make sound decisions about the educational activities and experiences that will best serve the youth/students. • To pursue an in-depth original study about a topic of interest, pertaining to Youth ; • To enrich officers’ understandings of their own students and outreach activities and to assist those to develop strategies appropriate to their own students. • Helps to contribute to gaps in literature. • To contribute to the level of professional development. • To stimulate discussion, challenge assumptions, reaffirm convictions, and raise new questions. • To provide alternative careers for the Officers through capacity building.

8 Training of Trainers (ToT) Program on ‘Urban Development and Youth’ 2018-01-16 to 2018-01-18Jaipur

A three days Training of Trainers (ToT) Program on ‘Urban Development and Youth’ was organized by the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Sriperumbudur in collaboration with St.Wilfred’s P.G.College, Jaipur from 16-18 January, 2018 at Jaipur. The ToT program was inaugurated on 16th January by Prof. Gangadhar Jha, former Director, National Institute or Urban Affairs (NIUA), Delhi. He emphasised that city leaders, particularly the youth ones, must move quickly to plan for growth and provide the basic services, infrastructure, and affordable housing their expanding populations need. There is need to develop infrastructure in India, so a number of urban schemes like ATAL, SMART Cities, etc. have been launched by the Government of India. Prof. (Dr.) Inderjeet Singh Sodhi, RGNIYD, emphasised that the core infrastructural requirement to develop Smart cities can be achieved with Smart solutions like E-Governance and Citizen Services, Energy Management, Waste Management, Urban Mobility, Water Management etc. for which youth have to be engaged. Prof. Alok Ranjan, Professor of Architecture & Planning at Malviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur was the Chief Guest on valedictory program organized on 18th January, 2018. He believed that there is need of sustainable urban development in India for which youth could play an important role. Prof. Gangadhar Jha, former Director, National Institute or Urban Affairs (NIUA), Delhi discussed the emerging urban problems and challenges and how youth could solve them. Dr. Rajesh Sharma, Chief NCC Officer & Director, Nehru Studies Centre, University of Rajasthan, was the Guest of Honour. He motivated the youth to participate in the city development policy and planning process. The main sessions of three days ToT were: Urban Governance, Urban Planning, Municipal Finance, Challenges to Urban Development, etc. The Resource Persons were: Prof. Gangadhar Jha, former Director, National Institute or Urban Affairs (NIUA), Delhi; Prof. Rakesh Gupta, former Professor of Urban Development and Operation Research at Indian Institute of Public Administration, Delhi; Shri Sunil Dutt, earlier in Indian Institute of Public Administration, Delhi; Shri Parashar, Additional Chief Town Planner (Retd.), Govt of Rajasthan; Prof. Ashok Sharma, former Professor of Public Administration, University of Rajasthan. The objectives of the ToT were: • To sensitize the participants about Urban Development/Governance; • To look into various emerging issues in municipal bodies like: Municipal Finance, Municipal Planning, Urban Transport, Disaster Management in Cities, Public Service Delivery by the Municipal Bodies, etc. • To acquaint the participants with the different schemes and intervention programmes being run by the Municipal Bodies; and • To study the various approaches and techniques concerning the Urban Development.

9 Training of Trainers on Environment Education and Sustainable Development2018-01-23 to 2018-01-25RGNIYD, Sriperumbudur

The Priority Area 7 of the National Youth Policy 2014 on Community Engagement reiterates that the latent potential and dynamism of youth should be harnessed in promoting environmental protection. Towards promoting this goal, the RGNIYD organised the Training of Trainers Programme on Environment Education and Sustainable Development for the NSS Programme Officers. The programme was attended by 26 NSS Programme Officers from various colleges and universities in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The training included sessions on Understanding Environment, Understanding Sustainable Development, Sustainable Development: Concerns for India - Sustainable Agriculture, Water, Waste, Biodiversity, Energy, Climate Change, Youth as change agents for Sustainable Development, preparation. The participants prepared and made presentation on the plan of action they propose to undertake in their respective organisations.

10 ToT on Youth and Peace Building2018-01-20 to 2018-01-22State NSS Cell, Government of Telangana

A Three Day Training of Trainers (ToT) on Youth and Peace Building was organised by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD in collaboration with State NSS Cell, Government of Telangana and Gandhi Research Foundation, from 20-22 January, 2018. The prime objective is to train NSS Programme Officers (POs) of Telangana State on Youth engagement for peace building in line with the priority areas of National Youth Policy, 2014. There were 40 POs selected from various parts of Telangana state. Those Programme Officers will capacitate large number of youth in the state towards promoting peace and tranquillity within their communities. The three days ToT was inaugurated by Dr.Palla.Rajeshwar Reddy, Chairman, Anurag Group of Institution, Hyderabad, Member of Legislative Council (MLC), and Government WIP of Telangana. In his inaugural address, Dr.Reddy highlighted about humanism and nationalism for achieving peace in the country. He also mentioned about youth involvement in achieving Bangaru Telangana is very much essential at this juncture. Dr.Vasanthi Rajendran, Professor, CTOCB, RGNIYD explained the mandate of RGNIYD and briefed about the ToT on Youth and Peace Building. She highlighted that the NSS POs should engage large number of youth in the state of Telangana towards nation building. Dr.Vishnu Dev, State NSS Officer, Government of Telangana stated that all the NSS POs in Telangana state will be trained on various aspects with an objective to capacitate large number of youth to promote peace, employability and entrepreneurship with the support of RGNIYD. Mr. C.Mallesha, NSS Programme Officer, Anurag Group of Institutions welcomed all the dignitaries and NSS POs in the programme. Ms.S.Neelima, Secretary and Correspondent, Anurag Group of Institutions, Dr.John Chelladorai, Dean, Gandhi Research Foundation, Maharashtra, Dr.Rambabu Botcha, Assistant Professor, CTOCB, RGNIYD were also present. The second day was started with the recap of the first day of the three days Training of Trainers (ToT) on Youth and Peace Building being conducted at Anurag Group of Institutions, Hyderabad. Dr.John Chelladorai, key resource person of the programme trained the NSS POs on peace with theoretical inputs. He further organised a couple sessions on the theme. Dr.Vasanthi Rajendran, Professor, Centre for Training, Orientation and Capacity Building, RGNIYD handled a session on National Youth Policy (NYP)-2014 and Youth Development Index (YDI)-2017. She highlighted the priority areas of NYP and specific objectives with future imperatives. The participants were briefed to implement the national youth policy in their respective locations. She explained about the major domains of YDI to measure the performance of each state and Himachal Pradesh stands first as far as the YDI is concerned. She also talked about various programmes and activities of RGNIYD. Dr.Rajendran has explained about the SMART and SIMPLE models for youth development to the participants. These two models were invented and introduced by Prof. Dr.Madan Mohan Goel, The Director of RGNIYD. Dr.Goel has been propagating and capacitating thousands of youth across the country with these SMART and SIMPLE models. Dr.Rambabu Botcha, Assistant Professor, Centre for Training, Orientation and Capacity Building, RGNIYD handled a session on Youth for Nation Building and Post-Graduate Diploma in Youth Development. In his session, he stated that the youth should be prepared to be the ‘Employment Generators than Employment Seekers’. He further highlighted about the youth centrist nation building which is there in the hands of 33 crores of young people of the country. He also mentioned that the youth should lead the nation in terms participation, engagement, involvement, and contribution by developing leadership qualities, personality development and accessing opportunities across the globe. Dr.John Chelladorai, Dean, Gandhi Research Foundation (GRF) conducted ‘Peace Walk’ in Nandana Vanam of Bhagyanagaram which is located near to the venues of the programme. All the participants took part in the peace walk which took place for one hour between 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Dr.Chelladorai has connected the human being with Pachabhutas. It was an interesting walk to all the NSS POs. The third was started with the recap of the second day of the programme. Dr.John Chelladorai did conduct that session and reflected on the feedback given by the participants of the three days Training of Trainers (ToT) on youth and peace building organised by the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Sriperumbudur. In the morning sessions, Dr.Chelladorai has given inputs about various types of conflicts and their root causes. Later on, he has highlighted various techniques of conflict transformation to the participants with examples and activities. All the participants did actively take part in the sessions. Afternoon, the valedictory of the three days programme was held at the auditorium of Anurag Group of Institutions, Hyderabad. Shri.Shekar Perla, Vice-Chairman, Nehru Yuvak Kendra Sanghatan (NYKS) was the Chief Guest, Prof.Gokula Krishnan, Regional Director, National Service Scheme (NSS) was the Guest of Honour, Dr.Vishnu Dev, the NSS State Officer, Government of Telangana and Dr.Muthu Reddy from Anurag Group of Institutions were present in the valedictory. Shri.Shekar Perla, Chief Guest of the day and Vice-Chairman, Nehru Yuvak Kendra Sanghatan (NYKS) delivered the valedictory address. In his address, he highlighted that youth should be empowered through NYKS, NSS and RGNIYD which are sister organisations under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The youth of the Telangana state should capture the opportunities through the NSS POs across the country. Prof.Gokula Krishnan, Regional Director, National Service Scheme (NSS), the Guest of Honour has highlighted that ToT on Youth and Peace Building has inculcated a lot of approaches to put the youth of Telangana in a right direction towards nation building. Hence, the POs should transform the NSS volunteers into change agents and make this country more peaceful. Dr.Vishnu Dev, the NSS State Officer, Government of Telangana reiterated that the three day programme has trained all the participant POs on youth and peace building and they will definitely deliver the same to the youth of the Telangana state towards achieving the same. He expressed his gratitude to RGNIYD for collaborating for this ToT and assured that any such programmes by RGNIYD will be organised to NSS POs. Dr.Rambabu Botcha, Assistant Professor, Centre for Training, Orientation and Capacity Building, RGNIYD has appreciated the State NSS Cell, Government of Telangana and Anurag Group of Institutions for organising this wonderful programme for the NSS POs of Telangana state. He stated that the RGNIYD will continue to collaborate with the state NSS Cell, Government of Telangana. He requested all the NSS POs to take this training forward to capacitate large number of youth in the state of Telangana. Mr.Mallesha, NSS Programme Officer, Anurag Group of Institutions proposed vote of thanks and expressed his gratitude on behalf of Anurag for giving them an opportunity to host the three days ToT on Youth and Peace Building.

11 ToT on Youth and Peace Building2018-01-29 to 2018-01-31CYDLS, Rajiv Gandhi University, RGU

Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), and Centre for Youth Development and Leadership Studies at Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Rono Hills, Arunachal Pradesh jointly organized “a three days Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme on Youth and Peace Building” for NSS Programme Officers from 29th to 31st January, 2018. The ToT programme was inaugurated by Mr. Himanshu Gupta, IAS, Special Secretary to CM Arunachal Pradesh. In his inaugural address, he highlighted about the need of youth involvement in nation building and state’s development. He congratulated both RGNIYD and RGU for the innovative programme designed for the NSS POs. Dr.Vasanthi Rajedran, Professor, CTOCB, RGNIYD spoke about the contribution of RGNIYD in the area of youth development. She highlighted the need of involvement of NSS POs in engaging youth for nation building. The inaugural session was chaired by Prof.Tana Showren, Department of History, RGU. Dr. V N Sharma, VC Arunodaya University, Arunachal Pradesh participated as a “Special Invitee”. Dr. Rambabu Botcha, Assistant Professor, RGNIYD was also present in the inaugural programme. This programme is designed to train the NSS Progrmme Officers of Arunachal Pradesh. 25 participants participated in that programme. The programme has covered important issues related to peace and conflict such as understanding conflict, levels of conflict, factors influencing on youth to involve in conflicts, techniques of conflict management, understanding peace, role of various stakeholders in peace building, and contribution and efforts of noble peace prize laureates such as His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King etc. The three days programme was concluded on 31st January, 2018 at the Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills. The valedictory session was attended by the Vice-Chancellor, RGU, Prof.Tamo Mibang along with other dignitaries. He delivered the valedictory address on the occasion and congratulated all the NSS POs who took part in the three days training of trainers. Prof. Mibang appreciated and thanked the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) and Centre for Youth Development and Leadership Studies (CYDLS) for conducting this needful programme for the NSS POs of Arunachal Pradesh. He further mentioned that the RGU will work with RGNIYD in future towards empowering youth of the state. Dr.Rambabu Botcha, Assistant Professor from RGNIYD thanked the Rajiv Gandhi University for organizing the three days ToT on Youth and Peace Building. He highlighted the active participation of the all the NSS POs during the three days programme and requested all the PO to take it forward and capacitate large number of youth in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. Dr.Kaushalendra Pratap Signh, Chairperson, CYDLS highlighted about three days programme and expressed his gratitude to RGNIYD for doing this programme. Dr. Vasanthi Rajendran, Dr.Rambabu Botcha, Mr.John Gangmei, Mr.Gomar Basar, Dr.Kaushalendra Pratap Singh, Dr. A.K. Pamdey, and Dr.Madhuparna were the resource persons of the three days programme. Apart from the training module, Dr.Vasanthi Rajendran, Professor, RGNIYD also gave some inputs about the National Youth Policy,2014, Youth Development Index, 2017 and Programmes and activities of RGNIYD.
