10th Tribal Youth Exchange Programme in collaboration with NYKS for 220 tribal youth on 18/12/2017

Sriperumbudur, 18, Dec, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, (RGNIYD) An Institution of National Importance organized the 10th Tribal Youth Exchange Programme in collaboration with NYKS for 220 tribal youth today.  Prof MM Goel Director RGNIYD addressed the participants emphasizing the importance of communication skills with spiritual input for getting employment opportunities for the youth around the globe. He explains the SMART (Simple, Moral, Action Oriented, Responsive and Transparent) model for youth empowerment.  Youth should select politics as a career which will pave way to healthy politics in Indian democracy said Prof Goel. RGNIYD has given an orientation on career counselling and personality development   to enable the tribal youth to empower themselves and contribute to nation building. Dr Vasanthi Rajendran Professor, CTOCB welcomed the participants and Dr Anbu Kavitha extended the vote of thanks.
