Welcome 2018 and Launching of Intranet and Youth Portal Website

Sriperumbudur,Jan.01,2018- Professor Madan Mohan Goel, Director, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute for Youth Development(RGNIYD)  while greeting the students and staff in the seminar hall said that  2018  is bringing hope (happiness, opportunities, passion and empowerment) for us in the RGNIYD family for serving the stakeholders with dedication, devotion and determination.

On this occasion, a youth portal and RGNIYD intranet were launched by Prof Goel. The   operational features of the youth portal and RGNIYD intranet was elucidated by Prof Vasanthi   Rajendran, Professor CTO / CB and Dean of Academic affairs.

We have to learn to manage our expectations with time by realizing our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges (SWOC) at micro and macro levels of Indian economy affecting individuals as consumer, producer, distributor and trader free from fear ( false evidences appearing real) and panic of any kind, told Prof. Goel

Let us convert our weaknesses in to strengths for availing the forth coming opportunities with no threats of any kind, believes Professor Goel.

To live complex, complicated, unpredictable, and multi-dimensional life with its own set of problems difficult to comprehend, we need to move with morality, opulence, victory and empowerment with complete faith in GOD (sermon of Ek sloki Gita "Yatra Yogeswarah Krishno, Yatra Partho Dhanur-dhara, Tatra srir vijayo bhootir, Dhruva neetir matir mama."   (Ch. XVIII-78) quoted Prof. Goel.

We are required to cultivate love, patience, honesty, forgiveness and altruism in 2018 by using our head- intelligence quotient (IQ), heart- emotional quotient (EQ) and soul- spiritual quotient (SQ), said the Director.

We can harness unlimited potential and energy, to live our lives with joy, happiness, good health and peace with spirituality- the science of soul which is gender neutral religion free and ism neutral. Spiritually Guided Materialism (SGM) strategy is the best solution of our problems which confines to needs (non-violence in economics as spiritual economics to be exactly called ‘Needonomics’)   and not greed (Greedonomics - economics of greed), believes Prof. Goel
